I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. LONG BATTERY LIFE AND AWESOME POWER FOR A SMALL DEVICE. I LOVE THE LIGHT ON THE TIP AND IT STAYS ON LONG ENOUGH TO SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING AFTER YOU USE IT. THAT IS A SMALL FEATURE BUT A VERY GOOD ONE AS WELL. IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN HEAVILY USED COSMETICALLY MANY SCRATCHES AND EVEN A PAINT MARK ON THE HANDLE. IT LOOKED OVERLY USED. ON TOP OF THAT IT DID NOT WORK. IT APPEARED THAT THE CLUTCH WAS BROKEN OR SOMETHING SO IT ONLY TURNED SOMETIMES. I CALLED TYLER AND IT COST ME SHIPPING TO RETURN IT WHICH SUCKS. IF THEY SEND YOU SOMETHING THAT IS BROKEN THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THE RETURN IN MY OPIONION. THEY DID OFFER TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT, BUT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK NOT ANOTHER BAD TOOL.
